Free cancellation up to 90 day(s) before arrival, then 25% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 50% cancellation fee up to 20 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION:
In case of cancellation between 30 and 90 days before arrival 25% of the total amount will be retained and not refunded. In case of cancellation between 20 and 30 days prior to arrival 50% of the total rental fee will be retained and not refunded. In case of cancellation within the last 20 days 100% of the rental fee is due and not refunded if already paid. In case of modification, late cancellation (less than 3 days), or no-show on the date of arrival, the totality of the balance will be claimed by MUSIKIMO LDA which then reserves the right to dispose of the accommodation immediately.
